Starting all over.
Two years ago, In March, the health club I belonged to closed of renovation and rather than journey downtown to another gym downtown that club members could use in the interim, I decided to check out the gym around the corner from my house. I liked the larger variety of machines and free weights and the more serious weight training atmosphere, and though I still had four months left on my membership, I joined Prescriptive.
I started spending my normal 2-3 hour sessions at Prescriptive and though I was feeling great, I still wasn't seeing much development.
Charles's knowledge of anatomy and the mechanics of muscle-joint relationship is extensive. He's shown that to gain and maintain lean muscularity, you have to establish the proper balance between diet, training, endurance training (cardio), elective supplementation and deep-stretching techniques.

To whom it may concern,
This is to state that in my opinion, Charles Neal is a trainer without peer. In six the months that I have trained with him, I have seen results that I have never dreamed possible. I have attained and surpassed all the goals I had set for myself in weight loss and now body growth and building, in what I can only call record time. I attribute these amazing results to Charles's encyclopedic knowledge of physical training and his personal gift for motivation. Mr. Neal's training method is excellent! Individual, unique, and far improved over any other I have seen or investigated. I look forward to training with Charles Neal for years to come. I was first introduced to Charles Neal about 7 years ago at Full Strength studio. He came on to offer personal fitness training and also martial arts (Muay Thai) training. I had always wanted to learn self defense, so when he offered the class, I joined up. When I first met Charles, I was quite impressed with his background and achievements specifically
in this area and felt lucky that we could learn from him. Having never done this type of training before, I didn't know what to expect, but I can honestly say that having the opportunity to learn the art of Muay Thai from him has totally exceeded my expectations! Charles has been able to combine his exceptional knowledge and skills with a very good teaching ability to be the type of coach that was easy and fun for me to learn from. Our group that trains with him is till intact today after more than 3 1/2 years and we call ourselves "Fight Club" from the Brad Pitt movie...We have a lot of fun as we train and learn together! It's a form of martial arts that I'm so glad I'm able to learn from him and a nice workout alternative as well. Also, I have had the opportunity to fitness train with Charles as well. He again is very knowledgeable in all areas involved with training in the gym. He has a lot of experience in proper form and technique and adapting the best workout regimen to accomplish your goals while avoiding injury. I know because as an older guy, now 61, I've had my share of strains and sprains and have relied on him to help me rehab through them. He knows the human body and the game of "working out." He's personable and friendly, and I've learned a ton from him. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
