Welcome to the NealBuilt-Strong fitness sign up page. Let me help you begin or find direction on your fitness journey.
One on One personal training includes performance for athletes, basic fitness, corrective exercise and trigger point therapy.

Martial arts for the individual or group sessions. Whether you're experienced or a beginner. I'm trained in Wing Chun but I teach a free form style with Muay Thai and for those who don't like the elbows, kickboxing

Corporate clients, choose where you want to train whether at home in my studio, or somewhere else (like an office), it's up to you. Flexibility is the name of the game.
